C.H. MEYLAN YELLOW GOLD AND BLUE ENAMEL C. H. Meylan, Brassus, No. 26870, case No. 208809. Made circa 1920. Very fine, thin and elegant, 18K yellow gold and enamel keyless dress watch.
C. Three-body, bezels and case back decorated with blue enamel intersected by engraved gold foliage, semiconcealed hinge. D. Matte silver with champlevé radial Roman numerals, outer minute track, subsidiary seconds. Blued steel double spade hands. M. 34 mm, rhodium-plated, fausses cotes decoration, 18 jewels, straight line lever escapement, cut bimetallic compensation balance adjusted to 7 positions, blued steel fl at balance spring, index regulator. Dial and movement signed by Meylan, case punched A.W.C. Co. Diam. 42 mm.
