HERMÈS PENDULETTE BOULE Hermès, Paris. Made circa 1940. Fine and unusual, gilt brass and leather, 8-day going table clock, probably designed by Paul Dupré-Lafon.

C. Gilt brass dome case, fl at bezel, winding and handsetting crown at 6, pivoted stand on a compressed leather rectangular base. D. Brushed copper-colored with black painted radial Arabic numerals, inner minute track, central points of the compass design. Black Breguet hands. M. 43 mm., circular, nickel plated, large going barrel, straight line lever escapement,, monometallic balance, fl at balance spring, index regulator. Case signed. Diam. 12 cm.
