ETERNA ENAMELED DESK CLOCK Eterna. Made circa 1910. Fine and elegant, silver-gilt, enamel and gilt-brass, 8-day going desk clock.

C. Oval, the silver-gilt front overlaid with translucent sky-blue guilloche enamel, inner gilt laurel-leaf border within a royal blue champleve enamel ground, gilt-brass back with hinged strut. D. Matte gilt chapter ring with radial Arabic numerals, outer minute divisions, the center with a panel of royal blue guilloche enamel decorated with white enamel fl owers. Blued steel poire hands. M. 45 mm, rhodium plated, twin barrels, 7 jewels, straightline lever escapement, monometallic balance, fl at balance spring, index regulator. Dial signed Eterna, movement signed L. Sandoz- Vuille. Dim. 10.5 x 7.8 cm.
