Two-body, Louis XV, engraved gold bezel set with rosecut diamonds in silver, engraved back with central translucent blue enamel panel within a rose-cut diamond-set frame, the center mounted with 7 large diamonds in a star design set in silver, diamond-set thumb-piece. D. White enamel with radial Islamic numerals, outer minute track with Islamic five-minute numerals, winding aperture at 2 o?clock. Gilt hands. M. 33 mm., matte gilt, full-plate, fusee and chain, verge escapement with micrometric potence adjustment, threearm brass balance, flat balance spring, pierced and engraved continental cock with steel endplate, rack and pinion regulator with silvered dial. Dial and movement signed. DIAM. 39 mm.
