White enamel with radial Roman numerals, outer minute ring, sunk subsidiary seconds. Blued steel polished spade hands. M. N size, gilt, 3/4 plate, 15 jewels, straight line lever escapement, cut-bimetallic compensation balance with gold screws, blued steel flat balance spring, engraved balance cock. Engraved, Reed?s. Patent Nov. 24. 1857. Dial and movement signed, case signed CEM&Co. DIAM. 57 mm.
