Very fine and unusual, large, 18K pink gold wristwatch with jumping hour hand, 24-hour day and night sector dial and an 18K pink gold Andersen buckle. Accompanied by the original fitted box, Certificate of Origin and instructions.

Black with concentric semi-circular chapters for the day and night hours with painted Arabic numerals, subsidiary minute dial at 6. Double-ended white gold skeletonized single hand. M. Cal. 573, 15???, rhodium-plated, fausses cotes decoration, 20 jewels, straightline lever escapement, monometallic balance adjusted to heat, cold, isochronism and 5 positions, shock absorber, self-compensating flat balance spring. Dial and movement signed, numbered on the case. DIAM. 44 mm. THICKNESS 8 mm.
