Four-body, "Empire", the band with blue champlevé enameled decoration, the bezels, pendant and bow set with split pearls, the back enamel panel with a finely painted scene depicting a young shepherd playing the flute for two maidens, inspired by "Evening" by William Hamilton, R.A. (1751- 1801). Hinged gold cuvette with blue champlevé enameled decoration over a matte ground and white champlevé enameled technical details: Montre 8 Jours - Ancre- 32 Pierres en rubis. D. White enamel with Roman nmerals and sunk subsidiary seconds. Blued steel "fleurs-de-lis" hands. M. 17 1/2''', gilt brass, bar caliber with going barrel, 32 jewels, five-wheel train, Swiss straight line lever escapement, cut bimetallic balance, blued steel Breguet balance spring. Quarter-repeating on gongs by depressing the pendant.Signed on the cuvette.Diam. 55 mm.
