Paralleloepiped, rectangular panels in light translucent rose enamel over sunburst engine-turning, white enamel edging, back with three apertures closed by a shutter for winding, setting and regulating, molded white agate base, gold bezel with white enamel decoration, agate repeater pushpiece.D. White enamel, radial Roman numerals, outer minute ring with five-minute Arabic figures. Diamond-set hands. M. Nocturne, design by Ed. Mathey-Tissot, rectangular, 48 x 37 mm., frosted gilt, platform with straight line lever escapement, cut bimetallic compensation balance, Breguet balance spring, entire escapement jeweled, balance and escape wheel capped, repeating on gongs by depressing the agate pushpiece at the top.Signed on dial and the box, movement signed by Nocturne.Dim. Height 84 mm. (with the pushpiece), base width 63 mm.
