C. Double-body, "Directoire", polished back and bezels, fluted band, spring-loaded hinged gilt brass cuvette.D. Eccentric, set at the bottom of dark blue translucent enamel engine-turned dial plate, white enamel with Breguet numerals, outer minute divisions. Blued steel Breguet hands. The dial plate around the chapters is set with two applied multicolored gold monkeys sitting on classical columns in a woodland, striking hours and quarters on two bells. M. Gilt brass full plate with cylindrical pillars, fusee with chain, verge escapement, gold three-arm balance, flat balance spring, gilt, unusual singlefooted cock.Case stamped inside back cover "PG" and numbered 1421.Diam. 57 mm.
