C. three-body, polished, case back with screws, revolving 18K pink gold ridged bezel engraved with the names of 24 cities in the world, sapphire crystal. D. "guilloché" silver with painted radial Roman numerals on a plain reserve, outer revolving ring in 24 hours with Arabic numerals for the second time zone, aperture for the date. "Breguet" blued steel hands. M. Cal. 3000, rhodium-plated, "fausses-côtes" decoration, 27 jewels, straight line lever escapement, monometallic balance, shock-absorber, self-compensating flat balance-spring.
