The front painted represents the Satyr Marsyas sitting in a wood beside a broken flute, the angry Apollo standing over him, Midas by Marsyas' side, two Nymphs behind, the back painted with a rural scene, azure enamel ribbon pendant with black foliage, baroque pearl finial, azure enamel inside with the front cover painted inside edge painted with black floral pattern, rosette in the center, band with azure and black enamel stripes.Dim. Length 61 mm., width 32 mm.
