American Waltham Watch Co., No. 6003162, Model 1883, "Crescent St." Grade, made between March 1893 and June 1894.Fine, gold-filled, hunting-cased, keyless watch with an unusual dial.

C. Four-body, "bassine et filets", engine-turned covers, band with vermicelli pattern, hinged cuvette. D. White enamel with radial Arabic numerals within gold paillon circles, alternating with silver paillon stars, outer gold paillon minute ring with ruby-paste 5-minute markers, outermost decorated with garlands of flowers, center with garland of flowers, recessed sub-seconds. Gold "Louis XV" hands. M. 18 size, nickel, full plate, elaborately damascened, 17 jewels, the top ones in gold screwed sttings, adjusted, lateral lever escapement, cut-bimetallic compensation balance with gold screws, blued steel Breguet balance spring, Church type I patented (312,253) micrometric regulator, safety pinion. Signed on the dial and movement.Diam. 55 mm.
