VermontAmerican Waltham Watch Co., Waltham, No. 3671103, Model 1883, Grade No. 25, made between August 1888 and February 1889.Fine, 20-year rose gold-filled, keyless watch with an unusual dial.

C. Three-body, "bassine et filets" screw back and bezel, by Wadsworth "Referee", engine-turned back with polished border, centered with flower-decorated blank crest, reeded band. D. White enamel with painted Roman numerals, outer minute ring with 5-minute red Arabic markers, center painted with Vermont coat of arms and its motto: "Vermont Freedom and Unity", subsidiary sunk seconds. Blued steel "American Spade" hands. M. 18 size, nickel, full plate, matted and damascened, 15 jewels, the top onesin screwed settings, lateral lever escapement, cut bimetallic compensation balance, adjusted, blued steel Breguet balance-spring, Church type I patented (312,253) micrometric regulator, safety pinion.Dial and movement signed.Diam. 55 mm.
