Waltham, No. 10584002, Model 1892, "Vanguard" Grade, circa 1901.Very fine and rare, "Alaska Silver", keyless, Railroad Grade double-zone watch with an unusual dial.

C. Three-piece, back with 50 radial ribbed lobes based on Dueber patent No. 20476, polished center, reeded band. D. Enamel, double sunk, upright Arabic numerals on white sunk center, outer odd Arabic minutes and outermost even Arabic minutes on black ring. Blued steel "Spade" hands with additional red for the second zone. M. 18 size, nickel, full plate, damascened in a variety of patterns, 23 jewels in raised gold settings, straight line counterpoised lever escapement, cut-bimetallic compensatiobalance with blued steel Breguet balance spring, Church type II patented (No. 484,176) mi-crometric regulator, lever-set.Signed on dial and movement.Diam. 52 mm.
