American Waltham Watch Co., No. 4203205, Model 1883, "W.M. Ellery" Grade, made in 1890.Fine and rare, yellow gold-filled, keyless, hunting-cased watch with a Dominion Railroad dial.
C. Four-body, "bassine et filets" by "Fahys, beaded edges ", engine-turned covers, reeded band, hinged cuvette. D. White enamel painted with locomotive and a coal wagon, signed "Dominion", Roman numerals, inner concentric 24-hour Arabic markers, outer minute ring, sunk sub-seconds. Blued steel "Spade" hands. M. 18 si-ze, gilt, full plate, 11 jewels in screwed settings, lateral lever esca-pement, cut-bimetallic compensation balance, blued steel Breguet balance spring, engraved balance cock, safetpinion, lever-set.Signed on dial and case, dial also signed "Dominion".Diam. 52 mm.
