C. Three-piece, "bassine" by "Fahys", screw bezel and back, back engraved with a gold inlaid locomotive and coal wagon. D. White enamel, double-sunk with bold Arabic numerals, outer minute ring with 5-minute red Arabic markers, subsidiary seconds. Blued steel "Railway Spade" hands. M. 18 size, nickel, full plate, straight line damascening, ("fausses-côtes" decoration), 17 jewels, the top ones in screwed settings, straight line lever escapement, cut-bimetallic compensation balance, blued steel Brguet balance spring, Reed's patented whiplash micrometric regulator.Signed on the dial and movement, movement also engraved "Rector and Senath".Diam. 57 mm.
