Universal Genève, "Golden Janus Cabriolet", "Modèle Unique". Produced in commemoration of the 100th Anniversary of Universal Genève in April of 1994.Extremely fine and unique, rectangular, double-face, two timezone with diurnal and nocturnal indication, jump hour, date, platinum and 18K pink gold "cabriolet" gentleman's wristwatch with a stainless steel and 18K pink gold Universal Genève deployant clasp. Accompanied by a book-shaped brown leather fitted box, an instruction manual and a loupe.

C .four-body, solid, polished, outer case in platinum, on the top lug, at 12 o'clock, rotating mechanism for the "cabriolet", on the back, the Universal watch logo and the engraved effigy of "Janus", inside, the inscription ''100 ans de tradition horlogère, 1894-1994, Modèle Unique". Inner case in 18K pink gold, bearing two crowns on one side for the separation of the functions, and one on the other side to adjust all the functions of both dials, pink gold screwed bars. At 6 o'clock, a pink golbolt engraved on one side: "1894", on the other: "1994", also used to fix the inner case to the platinum body. D. on one side, slate-grey Mother-of-Pearl with applied pink gold stylized Arabic numerals and indexes. "Feuille" pink gold hands. On the other side, slate-grey Mother-of-Pearl, under the 12, auxiliary pink Mother-of-Pearl sunk dial with painted Arabic numerals for the minutes and aperture for the jump hour display; at 9, aperture for the nocturnal and diurnal indication; on the 6, auxliary pink Mother-of-Pearl sunk dialfor the days of the month. "Feuille" blued steel hands.M. Cal. UG42, rhodium-plated, 17 jewels, straight line lever escapement, Glucydur balance adjusted to 3 positions, shock-absorber, self-compensating flat balance-spring.
