Movado, Swiss, No. 47146/0636663, made for the Polish market, retailed by F. Woroniecki, circa 1920. Fine 14K gold keyless dress watch in a Woroniecki fitted box.
C. Four-body, ?Moderne?, straight line engine-turned back with blank initial cartouche, gold hinged cuvette engraved with medals received at several Universal Exhibitions. D. Champagne, blue champlevé Arabic numerals, outer minute track, center with blue enamel ring, subsidiary sunk seconds. Blued steel Breguet hands. M. 37 mm. (18???), Cal. 630, rhodium-plated, ?fausses côtes? decoration with very narrow stripes, 15 jewels, straight line lever escapement, monometallic balance with screws, self-compensating Breguet balance spring, Movado micrometric regulator patented on July 31, 1907. Signed on case and movement, dial signed by the retailer. Diam. 47 mm.
