Georgi as a present to their granddaughter, circa 1890.Exceptionally fine gold and painted on enamel in the style of Huaud, pair-cased keyless pendant watch in original leather fitted box.

Outer: Two-body, "Louis XV", back finely chased with a mythological scene, Inner: Two-piece, "bassine" with curved-in edge, the back finely painted on enamel depicting Venus and Mars, with Cupid holding a mirror, four vignettes with rural landscapes, gold bezel. D. White and painted on enamel, radial Roman numerals on white ring, inner half hours, center finely painted with a stream and mountains. Blued steel "beetle and poker" hands. M. 22 mm. (10'''), frosted gilt bar caliber, 17 jewels, sraight line lever escapement, monometallic balance with self-compensating Breguet balance spring.Signed on the case and the box, artist's signature on the band at 6 o'clock. Diam. outer case 37 mm., inner 32 mm.
