Daniel Roth, "Rétrograde", No. 16, Ref. C 127. Produced in the 1990's. Fine and rare, double ellipse, water-resistant, 18K pink gold gentleman's wristwatch with retrograde hours, 42-hour autonomy and an 18K pink gold buckle. Accompanied by a fitted box and certificate.
C. two-body, solid, polished, shaped, transparent case back, band decorated with a roll torus, rounded bezel, straight lugs, sapphire crystals. D. "guilloché" anthracite, with a plain silver sector ring for the retrograde hours in two times 6 in painted Arabic numerals, outer silver ring for the minute indexes, on the 6, auxiliary ring dial for the seconds. "Flèche" blued steel hands. M. Cal. 27NL, rhodium-plated, "fausses-côtes" decoration, 17 jewels, straight line lever escapement, monometallc balance, shock-absorber, self-compensating Breguet balance-spring, micrometric regulator. Dial, case and movement signed. Dim. 35 x 40 mm.
