Villard Automatic, so-called "Permadate". Produced in the 1970's. Unusual center-seconds, self-winding, water-resistant, cushion-shaped, stainless steel gentleman's wristwatch with date and a permanent calendar (days of the week and of the month).
C. two-body, polished and brushed, screwed-down case back, lapidated bezel and lugs. D. champagne, faceted steel indexes, aperture for the date, over the 6, a numerical plate with the days of the months, aperture for the days of the week. "Bâton" tritium-coated steel hands. M. Cal. UT 52, rhodium-plated, 25 jewels, straight line lever escapement, monometallic balance, shock-absorber, self-compensating flat balance-spring. Signed on the dial. Dim. 36 x 36 mm.
