Produced in very few examples in the late 1980's.Very fine and extremely rare, astronomic, platinum and 18K yellow gold gentleman's wristwatch with round button split-seconds chronograph, registers, perpetual calendar, age and phases of the moon and an 18K yellow gold Blancpain buckle.

D. white with applied yellow gold Roman numerals, auxiliary dials for the 12 hour and 30 minute registers, the days of the month, of the week, the months, the leap year, graduation for the age of the moon, aperture for the moon phases. "Bâton" yellow gold luminous hands. M. Cal. 5581, rhodium-plated, "fausses-côtes" decoration, 38 jewels, straight line lever escapement, monometallic balnce adjusted to 5 positions, self-compensating flat balance-spring.Dial, case and movement signed.
