Notes

This is one of the smallest bagnolet calibers known. In the bagnolet caliber the movement is inverted and the train reversed, it runs in the opposite direction to the standard one. The idea was to make the back plate a dust-cap, an arrangement that allowed the cuvette to be eliminated and made the watch considerably thinner. Philippe-Samuel Meylan is credited with its invention.
