C. Four-body, "Empire", spring-loaded back finely painted on enamel with a pair of doves and a flower bouquet, blue background, half pearl-set bezels, pendant and bow, gold glazed cuvette. D. White enamel, Roman numerals, outer minute divisions. Blued steel "spade" hands. M. 23 mm., entirely engraved brass bar caliber with polished steel pillar plate, cylinder escapement, three-arm gilt balance with flat balance spring.Signed on dial and movement.Diam. 27 mm.

Dimier et Cie Recorded as being active around 1835 in the rue Croix d'Or 27, they exported small watches in gilt brass, or gold and enamel, cases, often with a floral, pearl-set decor.
