Chinese Lady in a Garden Vacheron & Cie, a Genève, circa 1830. Fine and rare 18K gold watch with unusual dial.

C. Four-body, "bassine", back engraved with foliate and floral pattern, deep scrolling on the bezels, gilt hinged cuvette. D. Silver, Roman numerals, outer minute divisions, center engraved with an oriental lady strolling in a garden and holding a parasol, with a pagoda in the background. Gold Breguet hands. M. 37 mm., frosted gilt, cylinder escapement, three-arm brass balance with flat balance spring.Signed on the cuvette. Diam. 42 mm.
