Unsigned, Swiss, circa 1820. Fine 18K varicolored gold half-hunting watch with matching chatelaine.

Two-body, back centered by applied gold foliate rosette on engine-turned background, bezels with applied gold foliate wreath, small aperture in the center of the front cover for the dial within engine-turned frame. Chatelaine: Gold, three links with applied varicolored trumpets, torch and flowers, joined by gold links, gold seal and gold key on each side at the end. D. Gold, engine-turned with Roman chapter in the center, outer minute divisions. Gold "lozenge" hands. M. 33 mm., hinged, frostd gilt full plate with cylindrical pillars, fusee and chain, verge escapement brass balance with flat balance spring, continental cock. Diam. 40 mm., length with chatelaine 165 mm.
