Swiss, No. 19846, circa 1890.Fine and rare, keyless, 18K gold, minute-repeating pocket watch with split-seconds chronograph.
C. four-body, Solid, "bassine et filets", polished, back cover with engraved scene of a deer hunt, front cover with engraved monogram, gold hinged cuvette. D. white enamel, radial Roman numerals, outer minute/seconds divisions with Arabic five-minute/seconds markers, and small seconds. Blued steel "Spade" hands. M. 18''', nickel, "fausses côtes" decoration, 37 jewels, straight line lever escapement, cut bimetallic compensation balance, bued steel Breguet balance-spring, chronograph and split mehanism set on the back plate, repeating on gongs through activating slide on the band.Diam. 60 mm.
