Alain Silberstein, Architecte Horloger, "Le Perpetuel Automatique", No. 05/10, Ref. AS00033. Produced in a limited edition of 10 examples in the 1990's.Very fine, rare and unusual, center-seconds, self-winding, water-resistant to 100 m, platinum gentleman's wristwatch with perpetual calendar and a platinum Alain Silberstein buckle. Accompanied by a box and certificate.
C. two-body, polished, transparent screwed-down case back, straight lugs, triangular winding-crown with white enamel-inlay, sapphire crystals anti-reflective on both sides. D. white with painted bâton indexes, outer date ring, at 5 a half-moon and at 7 a circle-with-dot symbol. "Fancy" red triangular hour and "Bâton" blue minute hand, "Serpentine" gold hand for the seconds and a "Half-Moon" red one for the date. In the back, off-centered auxiliary white dial with indication of the months for for years and the leap years in black and red Arabic numerals and writing. M. Exclusive movement based on Cal. 2892-2 made by Svend Andersen, rhodium-plated, "oeil-de-perdrix" decoration, 21 jewels, straight line lever escapement, monometallic balance, shock-absorber, self-compensating flat balance-spring, micrometer regulator, gilt brass rotor with Silberstein design.Case and dial signed.Diam. 38 mm.
