Alpina, retailed by Walser Wald, Buenos Aires. Produced in the 1930's.Fine and rare, keyless, silver and enamel purse watch bearing a hinged sliding mechanism which transforms the watch into a desk clock .
C. four-body, solid, polished, outer case decorated with an Art Deco motif in black and white enamel, hinged and spring-loaded mechanism to display the watch. D. white with radium-coated Arabic numerals. "Skeleton" radium-coated blued steel hands. M. Cal. 763, rhodium-plated, 15 jewels, straight line lever escapement, cut bimetallic compensation balance, blued steel flat balance-spring.Dial, case and movement signed, case also signed "Gruen".Dim. 31 x 43 mm.
