Swiss or French, circa 1900. Fine nickel rounding-up tool. Large crank lever wheel driving the pulley through an intermediate nickel wheel, lever controlled vertical slide with two knurled stop screws, wheel between turns on a micrometric slide, centering levers, wooden base with additional cutters. Dim. 29 x 16 cm. Good condition. A very well preserved tool.
