Sandoz Fils & Co., La Chaux- De-Fonds, Bienne, circa 1920. Fine japanned rounding-up tool. Large crank lever wheel driving the pulley through an intermediate nickel wheel, lever controlled vertical slide with two knurled stop screws, wheel between turns on a micrometric slide, centering levers, wooden base with additional cutters. Dim. 24 x 16 cm. Good condition. A very well preserved tool.
