Swiss or German, circa 1840. Fine steel and brass face plate engine. Centering plate with three clamps, eight speed pulley, T-bar, later wooden base. Base dim. 21 cm x 14.5 cm, overall length 26 cm. Good condition. A very well preserved tool.
