Swiss or French, circa 1900. Fine steel and brass rounding-up tool. Large crank lever wheel driving the pulley through an intermediate wheel, lever controlled vertical slide with two knurled stop screws, wheel between turns on a slide, centering levers, wooden base with additional cutters. Dim. 29 x 18 cm. Good condition.
