Swiss or French, circa 1900. Fine nickel rounding-up tool. Large crank lever wheel driving the pulley through an intermediate wheel, lever controlled vertical slide with two knurled stop screws, wheel between turns on a slide, centering levers, wooden base with additional cutters. Dim. 25 x 16.5 cm Good condition. A well preserved tool.
