Swiss or French, circa 1900. Fine steel and brass rounding-up tool. Large crank lever driving straight cut gears, vertical slide with two knurled stop screws, wheel between turns on a slide, centering levers, wooden base with additional cutters. Dim. 24 x 16 cm. Good condition. A well preserved tool.
