Swiss or French, circa 1900. Very fine and rare small steel and brass rounding-up tool. Crank lever wheel driving the pulley through an intermediate wheel, vertical feed, horizontal slide with two knurled stop screws, wheel between turns on a slide, centering levers, later wooden base additional cutters. Dim. 19 x 10.5 cm. Good condition
