Swiss or German, circa 1890. Fine steel and brass rounding-up tool. Large crank lever wheel driving the pulley through an intermediate nickel wheel, lever controlled vertical slide with two knurled stop screws, wheel between turns on a micrometric slide, centering levers, wooden base with additional cutters. Dim. 33 x 28 cm.
