Swiss or French, circa 1870. Fine steel and brass rounding-up tool. Large crank lever wheel driving the pulley through an intermediate nickel wheel, lever controlled horizontal slide with two knurled stop screws, wheel between turns on a micrometric slide, centering levers, wooden base with additional cutters. Dim. 25 x 16 cm. Good condition.
