Swiss or German, circa 1870. Fine steel and japanned rounding-up tool. Large crank lever wheel driving the pulley through a small intermediate nickel wheel, cutter on sprung carrier, wheel between turns, wooden base with additional cutters. Dim. 25 x 15.5 cm. Good condition.
