Swiss or French, 1870. Fine steel and brass polishing and grooving engine. Large crank lever wheel driving the pulley through a small intermediate wooden wheel, cutter/polisher on overhead carrier, currently fitted with a wooden pinion polishing lap, brass bed adjusted in two planes by turn cranks. Dim 22 x 13 mm. Good condition, cleaned.
