Swiss or French circa 1830. Fine steel and brass wheel cutting engine with milling head. Horizontal brass dividing plate set with 12 rows of divisions, reverse with 18, spring-loaded hinged locking arm with a thumb loop, lacking cutting arm now fitted with milling head adjusting in two plains via knurled screws and a lever, flat blank holding fixture, brass holding arm with screw. Later wooden base. Dim.13 x 27 cm. Polished, incomplete.
