"BS" (probably Bunbek), German, circa 1630. Very fine and rare rock crystal and gilt metal small pre- balance spring, single-hand lady's pendant watch.
C. Two-body, octagonal, back and cover made of faceted rock crystal (later), en suite bezel fitted into a gilt brass frame, round pendant, loose ring, small finial. D. Gilt brass with applied silver radial Roman chapter ring. Steel "arrow" hand. M. Oval, 25 x 19 mm, gilt brass full plate, cylindrical baluster pillars, short train, verge escapement, steel circular foliot, small irregular cock.Signed on the movement.Dim. 48 x 25 mm.
