Tiffany & Co, No. 78257, made in Switzerland, circa 1890. Very fine 18K gold minute-repeating, keyless pocket watch with split-second chronograph and 60-minute register.

C. four-body, "bassine", polished, on the back a five-pointed diamond and sapphire star, gold hinged cuvette, milled groove for the slide in the band, dedication on the cuvette. D. white enamel, Breguet numerals, outer minute and seconds divisions with red Arabic five-minute/seconds numerals, subsidiary sunk seconds, minute register at 12 o'clock. Blued steel "spade" hands. M. 41 mm (18?', nickel, half-plate caliber, 32 jewels, straight line counterpoised lever escapement, cut bimetallic compensation balance, blued steel Breguet balance spring, "swan-neck" micrometric regulator, repeating on gongs through activating slide in the band.Dial, case and movement signed Tiffany.Diam. 52 mm.
