C.Two-body, "Empire", polished.On the back, framed by an engraved gilt band, is a circular enamel plaque with a painted scene depicting Adam and Eve surrounded by animals in the Garden of Eden, with the Tree of Knowledge in the center.The silver serpent revolves around the enameled scene, pursuing and tempting Adam and Eve, and making one revolution of the dial per minute.D. Enamel, alternating with vertical royal blue and white stripes, eccentric Breguet chapter ring below, with outer minute divisions and fifteen-minute Arabic markers, concentrically the date,to the left days of the week with corresponding planets. M. 53 mm., hinged, frosted gilt full plate with cylindrical pillars, fusee and chain, verge escapement, brass balance with flat balance spring, continental cock.Signed on dial and movement.Diam. 61 mm.
