C. Two-body, "Louis XVI", back decorated with applied a multicolored gold cherub on a flower garland swing, bezels with applied gold foliate pattern. Chatelaine: of 4 links with applied multicolored doves, musical instruments and other symbols of love, four gold chains for gold-set cornelian seals and a key. D. White enamel, radial Roman numerals, outer minute divisions with five-minute Arabic markers, winding aperture at 2 o'clock. Diamond-set hands. M. 25 mm, hinged, frosted gilt full plate with cylindrical pillars, fusee and chain, verge escapement brass balance with flat balance spring, continental cock with six spokes.Signed on the movement, chatelaine punched with maker's initials "MC".Dim. Length 170 mm, diam. 30 mm.
