C. four-body "Empire", No. 3167, barley corn engine-turned back, band reeded in unusual double pattern, hinged gold cuvette with winding aperture. D. Gold, champlevé radial Roman numerals, outer minute dot divisions, engine-turned sunk seconds between 4 and 5 o'clock, secured by a screw. Blued steel Breguet hands. M. 51 mm (22 1/2'''), gilt brass, bar caliber, hanging barrel with continuous stop-work, ruby cylinder escapement, plain three-arm gilt balance, flat balance spring, train jeweled to the second wheel, compensation curb, diamond endstone, repeating on blades by two hammers via the pendant acting as a pull piston.Dial and cuvette signed.Diam. 51 mm.
