Bourgeois, Joaillier ' Horloger, 7 Rue de Valois, Paris. Produced circa 1890. Very fine, keyless, 18K multi-colored gold pendant watch with an unusual case. Accompanied by a fitted box and a pink gold chatelaine with a blank sardonyx seal.

C. four-body, "bassine et filets", solid, case entirely decorated with floral and foliate pattern, case back depicting a scene with a young lady leaning at a column, holding a letter in her hand, surrounded by birds and a sheep, hinged gold cuvette with peripheral engine-turning. D. white enamel with painted radial Roman numerals, outer five minute graduation, pink gold "Louis XVI" hands. M. Cal. 11''', gilt brass, 11 jewels, cylinder escapement, monometallic 3-arm balance, blued steel flat baance spring. Cuvette signed by the retailer. Diam. 28mm.
