Girard-Perregaux, "ww.tc World Time Chronograph", Ref. 4980. Produced circa 2000.Very fine, oversized, world time, center-seconds, self-winding, water-resistant, titanium gentleman's wristwatch with squarebutton chronograph, registers, date and a titanium Girard-Perregaux buckle.
C. three-body, polished, transparent case back with 6 screws, rounded bezel, concave lugs, the winding-crown at 9 moves the city discbackwards or forwards, the one at 3 is for setting the time and moving the night/day function backwards or forwards, sapphire crystals.D. black with applied luminous dot indexes and a steel Arabic "12", auxiliary dials for the seconds, the 12-hour and 30-minute registers,surrounded by a white and black revolving ring with contrasting painted Arabic numerals for the night/day hours, outermost revolvingdisc bearing the names of 24 cities in the world, aperture for the date. Luminous steel "Feuille" hands, steel for the chronograph hands.M.
