England, circa 1880.Fine and rare, gilt bronze half pearl-set, eight day going miniature carriage clock in a leather fitted box.

C. rectangular, side panels engraved with Covent Garden, Westminster Abbey, and Piccadilly Circus, hinged back door engraved witha view of Westminster Abbey and "Big Ben", glazed top for viewing the escapement, pearl set hinged handle, edges and feet set withhalf pearls. D. silver with matted Arabic numerals, outer minute divisions. Blued steel "Moderne" hands.
