On solid shaped feet terminating to portrait busts of ladies, tortoiseshell and brass inlay, ormolu floral decoration at the top, inlaid floor and back wall, glazed and hinged front door with allegorical ormolu appliqué, top with ormolu finial, matching bracket.D. Blue radial Roman numerals on white enamel cartouches, set in gilt brass chased ring, outer radial Arabic minute divisions, winding apertures in the enamel center. Blued steel "fleur-de-lis and beetle" hands.M. Rectangular, brass, double going barrels, verge escapement, short pendulum, silk suspension, count wheel on the back plate.Signed on dial and movement.
